Watch me as I whip up pan grilled steak with mashed cauliflower!!
PREP TIME: Approx 15 minutes
Prepping Mashed Cauliflower:
-16 oz (1 lb.) Cauliflower
-1/4 Cup of bone broth, water or chicken broth
-4 Tbsp of Butter
-1/4 Tsp Salt
-1/4 Tsp Pepper
-Seasoning of your choice, we used: pink sea salt, thyme, sage, black pepper
-1/2 Tbsp Oil (we used coconut oil) to place in pan
