Healthy Brown rice & Oats Dosa / Indian Crepe recipe

Ingredients to make Brown rice & Oats Dosa :
1 Cup Urad Dal / Black gram (split & skinless)
2 Cups Brown rice or Idli rice or any plain rice (Brown is a healthier option if you’re looking to avoid White Rice)
1 Cup Oats

Ferment the Batter over night, (minimum fermentation for 3 hours) but if you want to make it instantly just add salt put it to rest for 15 to 20 mins and it’s ready to use.
